Ashley found me via Google search for Roswell, GA Birth Doula. She was currently taking classes from Hypnobabies instructor Stephanie with Gently Journeys Birthing. Stephanie invited me to sit in her class and I was instantly hooked. I was already familiar with Hypnobirthing, but the difference between Hypnobirthing and Hypnobabies is pretty significant in regards to a more comfortable birthing process.
Almost immediately I started my training to become a hypno-doula.
